StylishPro is a beauty salon in Celina, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you book with us, how we use it and the choices you have. We use ComeBy, a booking and messaging service operated by Paramount IT Solutions, to take bookings and send appointment messages for us.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, mobile number and email.
- Appointment details: services, times, the stylist you see, and notes you share with us, such as preferences or sensitivities.
- Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We see the payment result and the last four digits of the card, never the full number.
- Text consent: whether you agreed to appointment texts, the wording you agreed to and when.
How we use it
- To book, change and remind you about your appointments.
- To send confirmations and reminders by email, and by text if you agreed.
- To take deposits and payments and handle refunds.
- To keep a record of your visits so we can serve you well.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that help us run bookings and payments: ComeBy (operated by Paramount IT Solutions) for booking, email and text messages, and our payment processor. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages
Appointment texts are optional. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help at any time. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as needed for our records, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can stop texts at any time. Ask us at the salon, or email privacy@comebyapp.com and we'll pass your request to StylishPro.
Changes
We'll post changes here and update the effective date.
